SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Hair by Koko is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect delivery information.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

  • Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order.
  • Orders are considered delivered once marked as such by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

  • Discount codes must be applied at time of purchase.
