SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Hair by Koko is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect delivery information.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
- Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order.
- Orders are considered delivered once marked as such by the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
- Discount codes must be applied at time of purchase.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.
- Store credit or discounts may be offered as a courtesy, but are not guaranteed.
